Change is only possible in the present moment. Without the capacity to feel the physical body from within, we lack connection to the present moment. The life force is only available in the present moment. The capacity to feel the internal organs and the energy circulating through them is the first step in the path of transformation.

The Six Healing Sounds are the specific vibrations belonging to each of the vital organs: kidneys, liver, heart, stomach, and lungs when they are in a state of optimal health. The emotions manifest through the vital organs, the Six Healing Sounds provide a powerful tool to change the way we feel and how we experience the emotions. With the Six Healing Sounds we take the important step of taking responsibility for the way we feel. Our happiness and wellbeing don’t depend on external factors, it depends on how we interpret experiences and the decisions we make.
QI GONG: BASIC STRETCHING
This is a simple stretching sequence that begins lowering the center of gravity, so the heart is not stressed, and moves from the feet to the head. The stretching sequence increases energy flow and raises the level of vitality..
The Qi Gong sequence includes the powerful breathing exercise named Spinal Cord Breathing which helps prevent numerous health problems due to acidity in the blood.
STRUCTURAL ALIGNMENT 1: EMBRACING THE TREE
For high vitality and good energy circulation, the physical body has to be properly aligned between the transformation potential of the earth and the clarity potential of heaven. Heaven and Earth provide us with the two polarities of life, Yin and Yang. With the Embracing the Tree Posture one learns to align the physical body in the most receptive and efficient way between the two polarities of life.
Our bones being solids have a crystalline structure which absorbs and transmits the energies of Heaven and Earth. Being conscious of how to align our physical structure is the basis for eliminating tiredness, pain and being in a good mood.
THE MICROCOSMIC ORBIT
This is the first practice for feeling directly the life force and regulating its flow through the energy meridian system. Is not possible to develop an inner life of self-development and wellbeing without first regulating the level of vitality.
The Microcosmic Orbit in its circular path through the spine and the front part of the body connects with the entire energy meridian system. Each time a circuit of the Orbit is completed, our level of vitality increases.
If the Orbit is circulated everyday for at least ten to fifteen minutes, tiredness and the energy fluctuations affecting the thoughts and emotions disappear. The circulation of the Microcosmic Orbit is one of the simplest and most powerful ways of regulating the way one feels.
There are five steps which give us the ability to organize our resources and give priority to what we really want in life:
HOW TO PRACTICE LEVEL 1
1.- One has to determine with absolute clarity what we want.
2.- One has to design a plan to realize our goal.
3.- One has to take initiative to attain the goal.
4.- It is observing the results obtained with our plan.
5.- One has to be flexible to modify, not abandon, the initial plan to fit one’s life condition.
How to Practice the Level 1 has to do with administering one’s resources in the most efficient way. An important aspect of Level 1 is learning the four steps for radiating an intention.
The structure for attaining a goal learned in Level 1 can be applied to any situation in life.
THE SIX PRACTICES IN THE INTRODUCTORY LEVEL
The six practices in the introductory level function like a unit generating a 180 degree turn in the direction one’s life is going; the capacity to regulate the way one feels, regulating the level of vitality, knowing how to establish clear goals and how to attain them, is the start of learning to live powerfully.
Everything we do depends on our state of mind. The practices in the Introductory Level, if done daily, in three to six months, help establish a clear direction in life and develop a personality sure of itself and more capable of flowing with the changes life presents.
Gradually the practitioner develops the basis of experience and enthusiasm to assist others on their path toward happiness.
