How we cope with the accelerated change and complexity of our contemporary world requires being in an optimum state of mental clarity, emotional balance, adaptability, and capacity to flow with changes.
All these factors do not take place by themselves; they require sustained effort based on a clear direction in life.
THE I CHING DAO SYSTEM
THE I CHING DAO IS A COMPLETE SYSTEM OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE SEQUENCE AND ENERGY PRINCIPLES OF THE I CHING, THE ANCIENT CHINESE CLASSIC. THE I CHING DAO PROGRAM CONSISTS OF FIVE LEVELS THAT ALIGN GUIDE AND INSPIRE THE INDIVIDUAL TO DEVELOP ITS MAXIMUM HUMAN POTENTIAL.
The greatest challenge faced by the contemporary person is living without purpose and as a result, being in a state of continuous anxiety and fear. The five levels of practice in the I Ching Dao program are structured to assist in:
Establishing a clear direction in life.
How to cope with accelerated change.
How to stay healthy, in a positive mood, high vitality
and above all, capable of assisting others to be happy.
We are at a point in human evolution where mutual assistance is not an option, is a necessity.
THE TREE OF PRACTICES
The Tree of Practices describes in great detail each of the five levels in the I Ching Dao program as well as the steps through which we find our purpose in life and assist others to be happy.
THE ROOT OF THE TREE OF PRACTICES
Level 1, the Introductory Level, which opens the gates to the rest of the program. The practices in Level 1 are essential for everything in the other levels.
The trunk of the Tree is formed by the practices that are responsible for opening the potential of the mind.
The branches of a tree depend on the nourishment provided by the roots and the integrity provided by the trunk of the tree. The roots can provide nourishment but if the trunk is weak, and bends or breaks, the tree dies.
The practices in the branches depend on the mental clarity and integrity developed with the trunk. If the mind is not clear, spacious and stable, the practices in the branches will be limited from the outset.
