The tree of practices is structured around the sequence of the trunk from the Microcosmic Orbit, through the Harmonizing of the Five Elements [Fusion] up to the alchemy of Kan & Li.

What distinguishes the trunk of the tree practices from the branches, is the sequential development of the potential of the central channel of the individual consciousness.

If the sequence of developoment of the trunk practices takes place properly, there is a gradual and inevitable transformation of consciousness from selfish, to altruistic to the direct experience of Original Mind.

In this class we propose to go back to the axis of the practices in order to review, refine and clarify what we are trying to accomplish at each stage of the journey developing the potential of the central channel as we raise consciousness from its ordinary state of chaotic confusion to the sustained joyful experience of Original Mind.

We will review and refine the whole sequence of the trunk of the tree of practices which ranges from: Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds, Microcosmic Orbit, Harmonizing the Five Elements 1,2,3 and Kan & Li. Since we are going to review practices we already are familiar with, the emphasis in this retreat will be on practice, long periods of silence, clarity and self awareness.
